We always have smaller updates from time to time. Not every major can be a new nation / mass addition of vehicles. Its happened over the years. Its not an exception really.

the only real Q&A choices i could see is the decision to not give israel ah 64 spike er and the choice of armament for the mig29g, everything else looks pretty clear for this one

Swedish 2A7 is a 2A7+ from what I understand, which is in service in Hungary & Germany.
