I think someone reckon its F-111A and probably 11.3 with Tornado IDS. Might 11.7. But I think the real make or break will be things like CMs, ECM and ground radar. If its got those, then I’d guess 11.7.
On the Flip side, its US. so could be 11.0
The Chinese Flanker looks the same as the Russian one, but the radar is different and too advanced.

Tail number indicates A model, yes. BR is WHOLLY dependent on things. I have a feeling if it was going to have self-guided ordnance, they would have shown it. Instead we saw AGM-12s.
Completely conjecture, but this may just be a dedicated bomber with no ability to install the Vulcan in the bay, or get guided ordnance. F-111A also only carried AIM-9Bs AFAIK. BR range could realistically be anything from 10.3 to 11.7 depending on how they go about it
Interesting… Though I am very much doubting theyd add something like that with only Bs. Thats gunna be a Mosquitto bomber all over again. How’d you balance it. Too low and its too fast for anything to catch… To high and its DOA.
I was expecting this to basically be a Tornado Gr1 with double the bomb load and more missiles. Maybe Gs, but I would expect Ls and im sure there is plenty of A2G weapons to pick from…

Plane silhouette is an A-5C. After the missile launch shot you can clearly see the camouflage and Pakistani flag.

since we saw no LGBs there is a possibility they didn’t yet decide on a version for that thing
if it however is an earl version then it’s more of a MiG-23BN than a Tornado
Yeah, guess we’ll find out tomorrow, No guarantee that the skin will actually match the aircraft variant. Could be a late F-111 variant
