There is no special link between them. They are close to eachother due to times of updates and bp ending times but there is no link. I will do some comparasions brb

Well, it seem like october BP overlaped with the update in 2 days bracket. In 2021 it came a day before the update, and last year it came with the update

Great, there are a ton of vehicles the US tested that can be added to the tree.
