I hope Japan gets a new top tier plane… they really need it.
Given how according to datamines tanks are now modeled with a specific steering system (although right now it seems that only “clutch breaking” is available), I wouldn’t be surprised if this is something that Gaijin is currently working on.

That is certainly correct. K51 is a prototype. The Leopard 2 has been tested, and building up production capacity is the outstanding task in this case. This will certainly go faster and is more promising in terms of timely realization.
