While that should still be true currently there would be losses.
IF you are in a Typhon that had Meteor integrated.
Even then War Thunder does neither properly balance by capability nor time of introduction, so the point is mute.

Just finished spading the ground tree and that was not super ideal but this air tree spading is driving me insane. Everything turns like a brick at the 9.0 - 11.3 range. Only the Harrier Gr7 is good.

Sea Harrier FRS1 is now Okay in SB, but yeah, isnt brilliant. FA2 might be okay, but I agree. I’ve spent the entire year ground pounding in the Jaguar Gr1A, Tornado Gr1 or Harrier Gr7 because nothing else is really viable in SB currently. I agree, Typhoon is needed ASAP and I think could realistically come any day now

i am all for supporting, britain getting the typhoon, the only real fighter britain has available , lets be honest grippen addition is sketchy.
But i mainly support it because it means italy and germany will get theirs as well

I can see them squeezing out our last Gen 3s first, but after that, I just dont think there is a good enough reason to hold back.
Here’s hoping the next major update, it drops with Gripen C for Sweden.

Like the Spey Phantoms? 11.3 without AIM-9Ls. You’re stuck with AIM-9Gs against MiG-29SMTs and F-16s, it’s actually insane.
The Sea Harriers? 9.3 at best airframe with their only redeaming factor being bomb load, acceleration and missiles, but none of those’ll help you against MiG-21s, MiG-23’s, F-5C/E etc
Jaguar GR.1A is pretty servicable but at 10.3? Rough.
Hunter F.6? Like, are you kidding me, why the fuck is that at 9.7?
Tornado F.3 is…well, it’s certainly there lmao
Honestly the most capable aircraft imo are Tornado GR.1, Harrier GR.7 and Buccaneer S2
Those 3 are the redeaming factors in the top of the tree. Tornado GR.1 is honestly a GREAT airframe to do supersonic bombing runs, The Harrier GR.7 is the best for A2A, and Buccaneer is honestly just kind of fun to play. It’s a good plane.
Britians tree needs a rework, honestly. They’ve got tablescraps and that’s it.
Adding Typhoon, CF-18, BAe Hawk 200, Sea Harrier FA.2, something like that is NEEDED. You’re telling me i’ve gotta fight MiG-29SMTs in my Spey phantom, my sub sonic strike plane or my bomber with missiles? it’s an actual travesty.
