if they decompress ground enough to catch up to air, you won’t be able to decompress air unless you’re willing to stretch ground BRs by a lot

Even at the current BR - capability jumps in air, ground would have some trouble with being stretched so far BR wise.
F-15E for example is well beyond the capability of current jets in the game and would likely warrant a significantly higher BR.
The stretching of ground trees to this extent would be very unhealthy for ground trees, especially those of what the community calls minor trees.
While the capability of tanks despite their BR differences would remain more same-ish and thus wouldn’t necessarily impact lineup health, it would still give a bad and empty look for many trees.
They specified it to be a Leopard 2

i personally think they should slow down on more modern vehicles because of these issues (and classified leaks issues) and instead focus development on more vehicles from other nations

Half of those are tank destroyers and the T54E1 is a medium tank.
Besides that a lot of these heavies like the M6A1, T1E1 and arguably the KV-85 really don’t have that reliable armor.

Typical russian main forgets that there are 10 nations in War Thunder, not just US and Russia.
If you play nearly any of those other nations, top tier is extremely difficult at times and 2 nations are essentially unplayable in top tier currently
