FA2 would be fine initially, with the right advantages. but the issue is it would be outdated fast without constant buffs.
Best guess is if we get gripen, it would be the Gripen D not the SAAF Gripen C and it would be the update after Sweden got Gripen C, so maybe March
seeing how their pilots are already being trained in the f16 it seems more likely to me that the ukraine will be buying f16 in the future

Also with this br changes the Ariete (P) Is going to have a higher br than the turms.

Even if they give it AMRAAMs and 9Ms, it will be so boring to use at top tier. It’s a strike aircraft repurposed for carrier fleet defence. It’s brilliant in it’s role, but it is not going to be remotely fun to use at top tier imo. The UK hasn’t had a properly manoeuvrable competitive fighter added in years.
9.0 is a bad BR, ive played it and 9 games are constant full uptier

Hunter F6 was the last by my count.
It can only use AMRAAM so it will have that. Its main hope is the best radar in game for the forseeable future and it can pull cheeky VIFFs so will be better than F3. But it wont be a brawler. But i’d rather get it now where it might be compettive briefly, than in 2 years as a TT filler facing uptiers.

Doesnt matter the BR, I find I always get uptiered. but you cant balance around uptiers unfortunately. Besides. Imagine the 7.7s uptiered against the 279 feel
Yeah, it would be a bad choice, though the IRIS-Ts will be fun to have
279 vs Challenger is fair and balanced
Probably is, the challenger has massively weakened armour and a-historical shells (well DS atleast)
so 279 goes to 10.0, or to 9.0 to see it in uptiers
