Just had a match with a guy stalling himself out and J-ed before anything could hit him. Multiple ARHs has been launched towards him but no hits thanks to the 300kph notch gate. The J out denied the kill for I was still 6km away, regardless of what both of us has done… Usually KillDeniers use crash,., So now ppl can even deny kills by J3? xD
Yeah, had a AMX do this to me in an SB match before and it drives me nuts. If someone is being actively engaged (i.e something like radar lock) and they J out, the kill should be given to whoever had the radar lock

Yes they can if you are at least 3km away
