Khrizantema is currently UNPLAYABLE

Not only the missiles sway too much and the targer is totally missed but the is mostly touching the ground. Every time is comes out of the tube. Since the recent update the missiles likes to touch grass instead of flying staight when it comes out of the tube. As we can see on this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kad0uJplEn4 the missiles DOES NOT sway to the ground. It flies straight.

And people still saying that only the Russian beam-riding took advantages from the Missile logic update.

All Sam and atgms suck after the supposedly more realistic missile changes, you know it’s bad when stingers out perform systems like the Rolands which are apparently meant to be an upgrade

everyone took a hard hit from the missile update but specially nato missiles with the manouverability of a brick with flaps, but recently they touched something again with all missiles and now even russian missiles are being affected too, even some fire and forget are struggling to manouver

Yeah, more and more they’re worse, and somehow I’d prefer the NATO ones, it isn’t fast like the Russian ones with monstrous 550m/s, MILAN as example, have almost half: 200m/s which makes easily to control, but TOW are really really bad in those terms, it’s a very sensitive missile to up and down, left and right.

The IR missiles are somehow more accurate. They made a big change on these, if you look closely on the locking indicator/target indicator; it’s centered to the silhouette instead of the corners as it used to be.

Missile update make so UNFUN to play any kind of missile controlled by mouse. I get that they did it for “realism”, but, 1. it didnt represent the REAL state of ANY missile in game (for videos on youtube), 2. make unfun for RNG by ping and server side process (LOSAT is the better example of this).

I dont think some aspect of realism translate for better and more fun game play…

If Gaijin adds some fire crew movements like the gunner on sights, loader loading and commander not staring the tank’s roof/looking in the sky and also move their mouth and interact with their Intercom while talking, that’s where I’m gonna say: “Now they worked on this update.”;

But this crap they made with the ATGM there’s no sense at all, it was better before they add that patch that makes it more " " " “realistic” " " " when footages of those missiles, 9M123, 9M133 (and variations), TOW (and variations) never swing that much, all of them are last gen ATGMs. But considering the current scenario, doesn’t seems that Gaijin will make any new changes to missile logic, again.

And if they do, it will make it worse, probably.

Unfortunetly if you want to not stare at a heli 4km from you praying for a lock while a train of atgms is headed your way you have to use the rolands.

I have been using gepard instead of roland off and on and thats really the only disadantage.

Can stingers really not lock helis from that far or is it just balancing?

Helicopters are about the only thing the rolands can hit… Except for the HUGE SMOKE TRAIL giving it’s self away which it shouldn’t have so they dive into cover. Chances of hitting a plane are extremely low as the missiles response to input is ridiculously slow.
