Kh38. hammer - brimstone

This is going to be my last post about the topic, because there’s no point in putting in anymore energy about it cause Gaijin will keep the munition in game.

I did want to point out, when the topic about adding the SU30MKI (India) to Great Britain came up, a couple of the USSR mains who were very vocal about the KH38MT being real, were very much against Great Britain(India) getting the munition. They went to the extent of saying well, they received the older version not capable for carrying the munition, etc.

However, we already know that it doesn’t matter if the country operated the munition or not, as the platform can use it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the most recent example would be with the Finnish Hornet getting its aim120s when they never used them? I know there was something recent with the Hornets and the operating nation using a munition it never used IRL.

Anyways, I just wanted to point out how USSR mains became concerned, when the idea of another nation having their munition comes up.

From my personal experience, when you deny USSR CAS they struggle to win the match. I have well over 2500 battles in top tier alone, unlike some of the ppl who barely even have 300-500 matches.

Nothing changes the fact it’s the 2nd best AGM in the game and it’s overperforming.
NATO’s best AGM is overperforming, yes.

Sorry dude but no one really play Sim anymore.

It’s bug report actually got accepted but Gaijin will change this when they’re ready.

Probably every top tier IR missile is denied this, especially those that also have GNSS available and just use IR for the terminal phase of the flight.

Don’t you remember what you said just a few posts ago ?

because in case of Russian weapons Gaijin tend to implement it in most optimistic way and then tune it down, while with NATO weapons it is other way around.

I just called you out on this and exposed your lies/ignorance by giving you Hammer as an example.

That is the beauty of the SIM, you have everything from beginning thou in limited numbers.

@MotorolaCRO Grow up…

Swiss hornets and A2G, swiss didnt procure A2G munitions but the capability was not removed so it had them in game, same with 7Ps.

Telling me to grow up is much easier than accepting that NATO’s best AGM in the game is overperforming.

You doing mental gymnastics to try and excuse that is also funny.

Here is the only available data on the proposed seeker for the 38MT

Practically, you’re looking 4-6km before it could lock a tank in absolutely ideal conditions.

Its good for buildings and ships from any further basically, most certainly not tracking a moving tank from 12km.

I’m willing to accept many things if properly sourced, but not based on: “there is a accepted bug report”. So either link the report or the corresponding documents or you are just fabulating.

Either way, since all the top missiles like KH-38MT, AGM-65D, AASM, PARS LR, SPIKE ER are using nearly identical seekers, it is likely that most of them are not true to their IRL counterpart.

But as indicated by @SwingfireOP the 38MT might be strongly overperforming as well.
