Also, hot take, maybe FnF brimstone if sp cost is itemized. I would like to spawn a eurofighter with 18 FnF brimstone for the cost of a nuke plane
yes, i also really think fnf brimstone wouldnt be so op, if only like 6-10 were to be carried on the ef2000. Additionally if they made it so that it would not reacquire lock after line of sight is broken like other lock on agms, it could be balanced. Its only buff would be able to lock onto targets easier initially and see through smoke. Then they could add other arh agms.
Pantsir cannot counter KH-38MT slingers.

they could just make it an IR seeker for now. And the obscene amount of brimstone it carries can simply be fixed by making it itemized as i said. So for example for the current sp cost for 18 brimstone you could spawn 2 or 4 meanwhile 18 brimstone could cost something like 2400 sp

gaijin needs to add a spawn ciws system for things like x-38, which planes or ground forces need to destroy first before cas can be effective (this could also allow an excuse for sead weapons to be implemented)
Unlikely IMO. maybe a seperate radar unit which would enable certain nato AA to be added (such as the SLAMRAAM, IRSTSLAM)
Although very unlikely, didn’t they add dynamic coastal artillery to like one naval map? I know that means absolutely nothing but it is something. Additionally with seperate radar, there are many things ingame that in real life still have a seperate radar and support from air defense brigade (I know its not the same as like a mim-104 with the seperate radar, but you get my point). For britain the CAMM could honestly be added at this point in my opinion, adats is trash and camm really is the only other option for uk. (I dont know if britain has mobile camm yet, but Poland does using practically the exact same frame, just different truck, since they were in collaboration, polish vehicles already in uk tree, and polish tree not coming anytime soon it could be viable). Spyder could be added to israel, etc, etc. I think the current cas armament is fine, maybe even not enough, it just needs to be matched with proper aa. Cas shouldnt be easy point and click, it should be somewhat difficult, or just heavily raise sp requirement. Plus right now we havent had a new competent aa in so long and the only competent aa doesnt really face any competent stand off weapons
The mala narew does have a seperate mobile radar truck to support it (as many other vehicles ingame) but the mala narew could be implemented because it has a small search radar (see the big thing at top of poll) and the missiles themselves are arh.
If CAP cost 70-100 SP. I’d agree. The fact it costs 700+. mitigates the ability to spawn in effective CAP as a decent hard counter. Only the soviets have an SPAA that can meaningfully threaten top tier CAS.
Also. Only france has an AGM that even comes close to the KH-38. AGM-65 is slow, short range and lacks IOG. Brimstone is even shorter ranged and lacks any sort of FnF ability. Its laughable to compare KH-38 to Brimstone

The issue is that the better dogfighters and on par CAS options are not on the same airframes. the SU30 and SU34 are the best CAS planes as they are the best overall. incredible missiles and a very usable airframe.
I can more than likely do just as much damage as KH38s with AGM65D missiles on my harrier GR7/T10 however I cant carry as many. I’m also far slower and don’t have the benefit of having pantsir on my side so ill be beamed out of the sky as soon as I’m in the position to rain down hellfire on my targets. i cant carry as many A2G munitions of the same style but i can bring 6 paveways but they arent fire and forget so are not practical
If I take a typhoon I have a superior CAP plane but still have to deal with pantsir and my ability to unleash the firepower of the brimstone is completely kneecapped as they are forced to stay on SAL mode. without their self homing or FnF the practicality is still worse than a KH38 slugger.
Russia DOES have a bias in their favour as they have the best SPAA paired with the best overall CAS option. there are equal in capability ordinances on other nations aircraft but never as practical and they arent backed by the best air defence from the gound

and thats without even mentioning the Typhoon got the earliest possible variant of the Brimstone (that it never used) that doesnt even match the performance of an AGM-65 let alone a KH-38

I’m not really sure if you guys live in this forum, because if anyone create a post talking about KH38 the same people show up to gaslight the creator. Anyways KH-38 is certainly the best Air-to-Ground missile that exist in this game, yes there’s the Rafale but Kh-38 is precise and fast and carries alot of explosives + the absence of Pantsir’s equivalent in the enemy team certainly benefit the pilot in vaporizing the whole team.
Even if they were winning you can instantly make them disapear with just 2 Su-30SM in air.

I dont have implict issue with SAL-only as a short-term stopgap for the quantity advantage (though lets face it, we’ll be stuck with SAL only for at least the next year or 2) but what makes me really mad is that we only have Brimstone 1s.
SAL-Only Brimstone 2s would have been far fairer and they could have even maintained Brimstone 2s being SAL-only alongside MMW Brimstone 1s in the future. It would have been fine. But nerf ontop of a nerf. Just sucks. Especially given IOG hasnt been removed from the KH-38 (or AASM)

Dual use brimstones are only brimstone one iirc, if you have docs proving its both the full send my guy.
You would also have to rip TGPs off every multirole plane for fairness aswell.
