Kfir C.10 (B60) - The final upgrade

The Kfir C.10 Block 60 has been confirmed by reliable leakers to be the next Aviation Event Vehicle this December. I’m stuck between being surprised that they chose the Block 60 over the normal C.10, and also being happy about seeing it finally coming to the game.
(There were plenty of other Kfir C.10 equivalents that could have been added instead of the Block 60, and I’m just left scratching my head at why they would chose that variant specifically.)

I wanted to take the time to ask you all what you think:
Do you Think the Kfir Block 60 should be the next event vehicle?

  • Yes, The BLK 60 should be the next Israeli event vehicle.
  • No, they should chose a different Kfir Variant.
  • No, they should chose a different Israeli aircraft entirely.

If you believe it should be a different Kfir, which one would you prefer?

  • The Kfir TC.10 (Tandem seat modernized TC.7 variant to C.10 standards).
  • The Kfir C.12 / Kfir COA (Kfir C.7 modernized to Kfir C.10 standards, but it lacks the multimode radar and Derby)
  • The “Kfir 2000” (Israeli prototype Kfir C.2 upgraded to C.10 standards, Nigh Identical to the other C.10s but fully Israeli)
  • The Standard Kfir C.10 (In Colombian & Ecuadorian Service)

I don’t think Kfir Block 60 with EL/M 2052 AESA Radar ready this year and hope not event vehicle

Internal 2 DEFA 553 30mm cannons like Kfir C.10 Block 60 ?

Yep, it retains the guns, radar, and pretty much all the weapons of the standard C.10.

No, it shouldn´t be a premium, there are enough KFIRs premiums already. I´d prefer it to be a squadron vehicle or directly put it in the TT

For what purpose? Israel actually needs planes in its tree, not more premiums. It would hurt more the tree for those people that will be a bot in the lobbies, and even more an F16I That is a BLOCK 52!

As an Ecuadorian myself, I must say, the hype is very real.

Any Kfir is a welcome Kfir, whether the Ecuadorian CE (C.10) or Colombian Block 60.

If the Ecuadorian Kfir C.10 is added it will definitely come with the EL/M-2032, HMD, MFD’s, Python 4 capability, and all the bells and whistles added from the IAI modernization during the 2000’s. And we also have the Colombian Kfir Block 60 as many have mentioned will come with the EL/M-2052 radar, Derby / I-Derby missile, Python 3/4/5 missile, and many more add-ons.

I hope we see the Kfir Block 60 variant in the tech tree, and leave the Ecuadorian Kfir C.10 as a squadron vehicle, I absolutely hate the idea of having my favorite aircraft of all times be locked behind an event which I may (or may not) be there to play at said time.

Lastly, regarding the possible camouflages the aircraft may come with, there are a quite small selection in my opinion, excluding the default camouflages, we are left with the Ecuadorian and Colombian Air Force anniversary / ceremonial skins (the latter country’s being harder to find, I can only seem to find the default gray camo).

Funnily enough the SA Cheetah with R-Darters tested a centerline one for compatibility, but it wasn’t able to be used due to hazard limitations.

I just want a modern Kfir or Atlas Cheetah ;-;. It kind of sucks that the Kfir series was limited to 4 air to air missiles though, but I’m assuming it’s going to be 13.0 so it won’t be the worst… I just wish they developed some sort of double pylon or something, or even using the central pylon for an AAM, like on the Atlas cheetah. It’ll still be a fun plane regardless lol.

It was leak as a event vehicle so it will come for the winter event, the problem isn’t the fact that he will be bad or anything, we don’t know but the problem is that israel need more israely build plane but gaijin decide to add it as a event vehicle that you either have to spend your soul or all your saving to get.

True, but tbh it’s suited to being an event vehicle. It serves to test a feature it seems, like the su25bm tested R-73

Its gaijin, israel isn’t one of their most loved nation, I highly doubt that they will add python 4 to the kfir block 60 they will just add it like the premium viggen and say look we added a new israely build aircraft and go fuck yourself your next 10 plane will be F15 and F16 that are just worst than their us counterpart!
