KF41 Basically Unplayable

As far as I understand, KF41 (as welll as Vilkas) should have adjustable elevation of the launcher.

Yub they all three can adjust the elevation. There is shooting range footage showing them shooting at targets with direct trajectory. They way they fixed the elevation at this meh angle on the Vilkas makes it just feasible on big maps. Just imagine you play on a city map or factory map…you can’t use it^^

I don’t need to imagine, I half-spaded KF41 already lol
Though this thing is even worse because of 10.7 br which sucks you into top tier.

I’ve played KF41 23 times now and got 22 ground kills, and the Spike is almost useless against a tank, most of the time it doesn’t hit the enemy, and even if it’s lucky, it only hits inconsequential places like machine guns or tracks, or it can’t penetrate the Soviet Contact-1. Spike can only be used to attack helicopters at close range, especially such clumsy things as the Mi-4, Mi-24.

The fixed upward movement of the missile launcher also makes it impossible to hit an enemy within about 500-700 meters, and even at a distant target, the Spike’s upward trajectory may cause it to self-detonate or miss the target without seeing the target. Most of the ground kills come from cannons, which are quite good with mobility, using a 30mm cannon to make loud noises on enemy flanks and killing an enemy tank before being killed by other enemy reinforcements.
