KF41- Australian lynx

modern ones? i am aware of american tanks, american helis, american planes, sold of european helis
german ifv and the korean redback

the only unique vehicle i see from australia is the redback , which would work great as an tech tree addition nobody would fight it
like i said you guys are fighting a vehicle that australia DECLINED to operate, it was a trialed german vehicle for gods sake

Vehicles trialled are still game for addition, look at the entire soviet tree.

Aslav. both Canadian and Australian used.

Bushmaster PMV

The aussie centurions

Boomerang and Wirraway

You don’t know what you’re talking about

Yeah I suggest you do some research mate, lots of interesting things you can learn about redbacks, huntsman, Boxer, all have unique Australian designs and have factory production here just for starters. Just because America, south Korea, Germany, France, Japan or britain built it or use it doesn’t mean it’s not unique or Australian built. Got some cool stuff in development too like hawkei with patriot missiles, himars etc.

man the double morale, talk about copy and paste from india while Australian vehicles currently are based in copy and paste, like i’ve said the commonwealth its not an excuse for addition to gaijin, gb already has 2 subtrees, being india and south africa there is an unreallistic expectation that a country that has been denied as a subtree or as possible addition will be an assured vehicle for britain specially with how special the KF-41 from australia is due to it not being a vehicle in service

Definetly needs to be in the UK TT. It’s makes the German mains too mad to go anywhere else and we need revenge for the Hunter F58 😜

Honestly imo I’d rather have Germany get their own made Lynx, and UK (if they really need it) the Aussie one, so that tug-o-war arguments about it going here or there can stop

Now the question is: Is this vehicle even Australian?

  • It was only trialed
  • It was never put into service

If your answer is yes, congratulations. You opened the can of trailed but never adopted vehicles.
Soooo many vehicles for sooo many countries that never operated them but trialed them.

Spoiler

F-18 for Germany, because they trialed it

Secondly:

Spoiler

Australia is not a subtree of the UK. Its vehicles can go

wherever its deemed most appropriate, suited or needed.

I’ve not once mentioned the kf-41 I spoke directly to questions I was asked and tagged in. India has no tie with Britain that has it belong in the British tree despite being a commonwealth nation which I’ve already said is not a good reason. And I’ve already spoken to the copy paste argument which is false and misleading.

if you actualy read trough it, there is no base kf 41 lynx, they get all specialy modified for their customers this declined one by australia is the only finished version with APS germany CAN GET

It’s the lack of decent IFV for Britain which is the cause. Plenty of options for it, but they never seem to materialise. A C&P like this has a higher chance than a unique vehicle

AJAX, your own boxer version, hell the redback that australia is actualy getting

Yep there is also the Warrior VERDI 2.

But C&P seems to be the only thing they are willing to do for Britain recently

well german typhoons have only trialed British brimstone missiles but have them

Strangley enough britain doesn’t have a counterpart to this. it suits, is in an appropriate correct tree and is needed to fill out vehicle choices

the australian one isnt easy C&P is another designed turret, so that aint even possible

Fair enough then. But still. We need something and every option needs to be on the table for now

yeah but its like the last possible spot,
while germany has no option for an APS IFV

germany has one base model wich would be weird to balance, the demonstrator one, not talking about prototype, its the one presented in 2020 by rheinmetall using a Remote controlled version of the Lance 2.0 the classic 30 mm and a few other stuff around

show me again where the kf41 aus counterpart is that doesnt need a whole ass new model

image
as stated
the redback which has no developer home (korea) goes where it is best suited in this case UK is a possibility, if gajin doesnt decide the US is a better place for whatever reason

The KF41 aus fits best to germany as its developer nation as easy as that

i never denied the redback possibly going to UK

not enough known and no APS system, and i find those personaly ugly, would prefer a finished KF41

Again the question:

Is the Lynx even Australian?

It is a German developed vehicle that was trialed by Australia.

If it was in active service in Australia, it could go to either tree. But it is not in service, only trialed. So it would even be a stretch to bring it into an Australian tree, let alone the British tree.
