You can, but thing is it doesn’t fix the issue, it’s avoiding it (In the instance I have mentioned).
Like, I use default Advanced controls, and I suspect that it would also happen to the basic set of defaults too.
It used to do it with shift+A, but that was even worse, so they fixed it, so now you can roll left under full throttle, but you can’t pitch or roll right, or yaw right, or hold brakes on the airfield, whilst throttling up.
As Necronomica said, and as you even questioned, you can change the bound controls, but I haven’t tried it, don’t know if the advanced controls that conflict can be unbound, and I also take it from a new players perspective, that if they install the game, brand new, they shouldn’t have to face that bug.
And that is also assuming that the bug that I mention, is going to affect you in this manner.
When you do set keys, and they conflict, the prompt from the control setup wizard is ‘add’ or ‘replace’, if the key is bound anywhere else, and you do replace, then what you just bound it to, is all going to be the only thing on that key. It’ll remove all bindings from anywhere else with that key. Add will just add it.
