I wanted to create a hub of sorts to discuss K2 and consolidate bug reports if it were to be released in the future.
Let me know if there’s anything I should point out

A system concept study was conducted from July 1995 to December 1997 to establish the concept of a new domestic tank, and from November 1998 to December 2002, exploratory development was conducted to develop and technically verify core technologies and components. Then, in June 2003, full-scale system development began, and four years later, on March 2, 2007, the prototype XK-2 was unveiled. From February to September 2007, the prototype XK-2 underwent developer test evaluation and operational test evaluation, and from November 2007, the
prototype was delivered to the Republic of Korea Army for field operation test until September 2008, and in December 2008, the defense specification for the tank was completed, and mass production and fielding began in July 2014.

I think a new anthem needs to be added to feel the true soul of this awesome Tank. K2 chariot belonging to a sub-region of another country is like putting pineapples on a pizza.
How dare you suggest an original vehicle and disturb Gaijin?
The snail is busy copy pasting vehicles across multiple nations which is obviously more interesting than adding original vehicles
(Jokes aside it would be a great addition to the game but only if Gaijin decides to add it)
Best overall outcome, while I do think Korea would fit better into the US tree alongside the M1s given the K series MBTS are their sister tanks, a unified Korea tree could be rather unique and North Korea is not really in a place to be angry about it.
Ngl, I feel like it’s barely Abrams adjacent. Doesn’t the K1 tanks lack bustle racks protecting the ammo leaving the ammo in the hull?
As far as the K2 I feel as if it really went a completely different direction. It’s much lighter, the composite blocks seem not only shorter but also thinner than that of the Abrams, the hull remaining small aswell. But to mention the Autoloader and 3 crew.
Both I think lack the centered driver position, K1 having ammo to the right of where he’d sit. I feel like it’s barely anything to do with the Chrysler Abrams.
