It has been 3 years since GAIJIN had enough time to fix the top tier BR to remove the fake … payload of MiG-29 (9-13) and nothing had change.
Is GAIJIN a development studio that can be taken seriously these days?
They’ve done nothing but to spam Hornets and premium content that nobody asked for and breaking even more the BR balance with F/A-18C Early & SU-30MK2.

Munitions and ammo is partially up to balance decisions. There are a lot of top tier planes in the game that have munitions they never carried in service and only have the proven ability to carry on paper (and has been tested with but even that is deviated from in rare cases).
ok, then balance this:
F-4EJ Kai and F/A-18A
oh,… both at same BR, but:
F-4EJ kai is underpar in EVERY CATEGORY to the F/A-18A (the only category it equals F/A-18A, is the quality of IR missiles : both have AIM-9L)
maybe you could tell something about that?
I have no idea, Game Masters only handle in-game chat and name bans. I have no contact with the DEV’s and zero insight into their decisions and plans.
