L23 is a enigma, Because there are REAL pictures of L23 actually existing, But at the same time, the more i dig i agree that L23A1 was PROBABLY the first production variant.
But the existence of the L23 training, and proof rounds, show that it somewhat existed.
If it goes up in BR, it is dead. Battle will be over by the time it reaches the battlefield, 5.0 sees 6.0 more often than not so it becomes food for everyone and their mother and it will be in a worse situation than it is now. The APHE isn’t a direct buff, not even a massive boost in performance. It’ll just actually be able to kill something now while still being incapable of penetrating the vast majority of vehicles it sees. Its not OP right now anyways, its not even good, its the only good Churchill because its the only one that can survive a shot, but that doesn’t and never will make it 5.0 material.

Solid AP to APHE is a massive boost in post penetration performance.

All the 2-Pdr tanks got APHE awhile ago, and as I said A13 & Tetrarch received massive buffs.
Still under 50% and 1KDR.
That doesnt justify it going to 5.0. It was already overtiered but couldnt go down, now it would be at a decent BR

That’s why I say awhile ago, they didn’t always have it and their stats are still under 50%. Just giving something APHE isn’t an instant win button.
So it’s its unfair anti British bias that these tanks don’t have APHE but adding APHE will have no positive impact on said vehicles?
Huh? These tanks do have APHE. I don’t get your point. I even said the winrate might go up, but it’s not going to skyrocket to 55% or more.
