What has changed in Realistic Air Battles?
They feel much more realistic to me…

I’ve played several matches at BR 12 , 12.3, and they all felt way more tactical, not just about missile spamming anymore.

It seems like enemy indicators are less visible or the maps are bigger… I’m not sure. :|

Has anything actually changed, or is it just my impression?

decompression, go to 14.0 and enjoy the hell

Decompression+maybe you got smaller matches.

I also noticed that people are actually pinging bases they are about to bomb.

I haven’t noticed any blatant marker bugs, but they might not be working as they should.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been having some incredible matches.
I even had to refuel twice—just to give you an idea of how long the matches lasted! :D

Usually, when I played with the F-14A, it was all about spamming missiles, and the match would be over in 5 minutes. :D

Gaijin moved top tier from 13.7 to 14.0.

I need to play more 12.7 to come to a conclusion, but you might be on to something. Have you checked if they are 16v16 or 12v12 matches?

both honestly.
I now played like 10 matches.
They all felt awesome! FINALLY.
I was gaiving up playing with F-14A (12.3) because it was a mess.
Now seems way better!

Probabily cause the 13.7 are moved away? But i should not meet them with f14a anyway…

But this can’t be a case.

I’m doing great matches since update…they are way more tactical.

Or they buffed missiles so it’s harder to kill people.

Probably because with 14 BR, many 13 BR players are being moved up to play with 14.

And 14 is not in the same room as 12.3. So basically, they moved the f out :D

This is awesome!

Finally, matches with F-14 and Cold War machines are GREAT AGAIN!

It’s good at top tier, but there are still very weird BR and matches. Most 8.7-9.0 jets now get sucked up to 9.7 So your 8.7 with no flares face planes with R60 etc…Makes no sense. Hopefully they make some BR changes soon with that decompression to 14.0

i think now 12.3 or similiar , 12.0 are wild and very enjoyable.

Cause all the super jets with aim -120 spam are gone probabily in higher br rooms
