But seriously everyone is gonna say J7W1, 4x 30mm APHE slammers to nuke tanks, especially light ones.
For more orthodox CAS there is Ki-84 Hei and N1K2-Ja, both have 2x 250kg bombs, as well as autocannons to destroy planes and light vehicles, but there is really no other option with proper “strike” capability like that of American/Soviet/German side
I think your best bet will be something with the Type 5 30mm, gets decent pen and usually one or 2 bomb drops

a good option people are skipping over is the b7a2, while it is extremely outpaced, still have 2 insanely good guns and can turn really well and only will struggle against yaks and some la versions, and spitfire, and finally, gets access to a 800kg bomb with a bomb sight.
as for a mixed cas and cap plane, the j2m3 is a really good option with access to two Type 5 No.6 Mod.9 rocket which fire fairly straight.
other than that, japan doesnt have much for cas option at this br.
A7M2 also has these rockets, which let you engage SPAA from a good distance if you’re directly above them.
