Given that all of the other AH-64Es were just added to the dev, some of which are going to nations that already have F&F 13.0 helis, I would insist that the AH-1Z be upgraded as the US’s 2nd option.
China and France already had F&F helis, the former both getting new missiles for a pre-existing heli (BA-11s for the Z-10ME) as well as a new Guardian.
As a side note, a Polish AH-64E for Germany and a Greek one for Italy would be cool, given the UHT’s lack of a gun, the AH-129s mediocre Spikes and the maximum amount of missiles being 8 for both.
I can say that for literally every vehicle when something new is being added or something is being corrected, “this variant in-game doesn’t have this feature like the real one”, well no s*** Sherlock, that’s why the report was made
What they probably meant to say is “The AH-1Z that is currently in-game is based on a specific configuration of AH-1Z that is without LDIRCM, so it’s meant to be like this”
If so, that means they could be planning a AH-1Z (late) with all the new gizmos on it
