Update: the JAGM top-attack report was accepted — thanks to everyone who upvoted and added data
Hopefully the fixed code will be applied to other NATO FnF missiles, this is a prime opportunity to fix tons of helis at once

Why a joke? It’s quite true. Yes, it doesn’t guarantee changes, but a good report gives you a pretty solid chances.
Look at how many issues are there with documents, yet they choose to buff ho5 and nerf 190.
Issues won’t be helpful when they are already frequently ignored.

This is a subjective perception, depending on how many reports (with an important for you topics) were accepted/fixed/forgotten or not. It can vary quite a lot from person to person.
Personally, I think that a well-written report has a pretty solid chance of making changes in the game, and therefore it’s definitely worth trying to make it if this topic is important to you.
Spikes and Hellfires are the most glaring examples of neglect by Gaijin, we have plenty of evidence for their top attack capabilities, there shouldn’t be a mass bug report attempt by the community to prove Gaijin wrong when they modelled LMUR correctly on day one.

I just unlocked the E and I am finding the JAGM all but completely useless.
It’s hitting tanks almost completely side on. Maybe 2/8 fired it the top of a tank and when they do they hit a machine gun……
This is Gaijn’s “RNG balancing”. The game will track a non-vital part in an attempt to reduce the kill potential of FnF missiles, of course LMUR bypasses this balancing decision altogether, since it’s SAPHE and aggressive lofting means it will 1 tap anything, but you can still see it track things like barrels and machine guns.
Spikes are probably the worst, JAGM, Hellfires and PARS are all seriously underperforming in one way or another but of course LMUR did not have to go through a million bug reports since Vatnik department at Gaijin that handles Russian equipment couldn’t help themselves.

Looking at the Tan-sam and the Spyder AIO, all of which have +20 critical pending reports, all accepted for months but never implemented, ima a say it is really a joke. Especially the well-made reports regarding armor for minor nations on their MBTs and the turret ring for the Abrams.
Hell, I have had pending reports for the last few years that Gaijin has never responded to. But the one time I make a report, realize it’s wrong, and close it myself, Gaijin goes the extra mile to reopen it and say not a bug. It feels like an entirely useless system, and honestly, Gaijin needs to separate bug reports from technical/data reports. There should be a separate site and dedicated analysis team to handle vehicle data, including missing features, and not the team responsible for game-breaking bugs.

Going through the bug reports is a joke, the amount of critial bug reports is crazy and the responses? The anonymous mods are just making fun out of anything.
Why are things just passed as a suggestion???
The people that put together detailed bug reports monstly about NATO vehicles get “Forwarded to the devs as a suggestion.” for all their work. Like what?
Some bug reports have been accepted months or even years ago and nothing…
Also the implementation of JAGM-MR is a joke. It doesn’t even come close to the real performance. Missing guidance modes, missing correct lofting, missing ability to fire from partial cover, I could be here all day…
Similar for Tiger UHT
