Giving it Aim-9L and send it to 12.0 would be a more approriate choice.

The Viggen D is already 12.0, with 9Ls and Skyflash DFs and BOL. (And even then, the Viggen D is just barely 12.0 worthy)

Why would it be the same BR without the BOL?

Especially as it only has 2x Skyflash DFs

Its correctly placed at 11.3 and the Hawk 200 RDA with PD, Skyflash and 9Ls at 11.3 coming this major should probably be 11.0, but stuck at 11.3 due to PD. They are both weaker than the Mig-23ML/MLD.

In fact, the only reason they arent lower is because of the PD radar and they probably should be lower relative to whats above.

F4E has aged like Fine wine, i played it again recently running triple gunpods with 4x 9J, and 4x 7-E2’s and its been a proper monster

Skyflash does have a larger proxy fuse range making it harder than Aim-7, but yeah, barely a threat even worth mentioning.

Israeli Kurnass (9Gs instead of Js) and J-7E are tied best 11.3 rn, but yeah the phantoms are doing well, despite the crappy radar

Justified. The J35 is a horrible airframe. Even F-4C is more maneuverable in supersonic speed.

J35A in 9.3BR with 4 AIM-9B wants to know your location.

I think you are just not fit for planes with delta wings.

J35s are quite annoying planes if enemies handle them well.
Large number of missiles, cough cough.
