It isnt, it has mti which only works below 1500m and with the antena aiming down.

Compression problem gaijin put it at the same BR as the other phantoms.
This same argument also works for the Viggen if we bump the Viggen up then it’s far too close to the far better variant.
Honestly have no idea why the F4J UK hasn’t gone down but perhaps lack of players? I mean A7K is still 11.0 for some reason

Bro who are you talking about, Who tf is Pangolin. I am only stating that the JA37C should not be at 11.3 with the armament and fm it has while most other stuff at that br only has IR missiles
2 PD missiles that are pretty easy to multi path and a really just meh flight model. The thing that stands out the most are the PD missiles butt he only way you die to them is not remembering the Viggen has them or not multipathing.
And you are aware that the JA37D is 12.0, right? And the Mig/23 is 11.7…
Tbf I also did the US as my second air tree, which is fairly evident with my KD. Hell I started Germany and Italy as my first nations and the early KD shows. Same with the US.
I agree my KD from then is pretty mid but it was much worse I mainly play the F4E/Viggen fairly rarely these days and when I do I do good.
I could go play multiple games in the F4 and Viggen and do comps for you if you wanted it doesn’t bother me.
If that is your whole argument then we can put the F15E at 11.3 too.

I’m gonna butt in here on this.
I got the F4E back when it first came out and did terribly in it because I was a bad player and back then you didn’t get flares or missiles stock. Just because they do better in the Viggen does not mean the Phantom is bad. It is also a preference of play style. I much prefer how the Viggen plays over the F4E, even though they really aren’t all that different.
I have had 2 or 3 aces in the F4E since it has been at 11.3. It’s still good, Of argue on the same level as the Viggen. Just not is everyone’s playstyle.
And its a comp problem keep crying about it. We need to not overtier vehicles to the point they are useless and focus on pressuring gaijin to actually decomp the BRs which have needed it for years.
Mig-23 has MTI with 4 all aspect missiles and 2 R24’s. You are crazy if you think the Viggen C is on the same level as that.
And the F15E has a decent airframe. Does it piss all of its speed away in one turn? Did it get its energy retention nerfed severely? Nope, didn’t think so.
And if you can’t multi path Aim-7E-2’s, it may be time to consider not playing that BR until you figure out the most simple mechanic in the game for dodging missiles.

I’ll also point out I have fairly decent KDs in vehicles that are also considered pretty bad for their BR again does that mean bad vehicles should go up?
I mean if we do that then quite a few other vehicles would go up like the 11.3 Mig 27s ect ect
