The only mode it should go up in is sim, as despite having a very good radar, it’s weak in other areas that matter more for air RB.

or S225XR which is basically a Ramjet version of Skyflash Active (I am massively over simplifying it, so dont quote me on that)

It actually works well. I’d take guns of ja-37 with the ballistic computer vs mig-23 with the water pistol gun
Oh, trust me I know, I’ve been working on the historical list of Swedish missiles. It’s basically what developed into the meteor, which is cool. Iirc the JAS39 IR-OTIS tested them too.

I want them to add one of the two; either the JA37 IR-OTIS or the JAS39 IR-OTIS with THE S225RX’s. Would be cool event vehicle.

Yeah it would be
- only 2 Skyflash Dogfight missiles
- very bad RWR
- 4 AIM-9J
- Very bad energy retention
the general real performance of this aircraft is the reason for it’s BR
if you haven’t flown it you may not realise how limiting it’s flaws really are
