From my experience, the Su-30SM stomps in BVR, mostly due to the amount of missiles you have, you can afford to dispense 1 or 2 that won’t realistically hit anything just to make the enemy defensive the entire time before they even engage you. Then you and your team can just stomp them.
The su-27sm would do essentially the same currently if it had better radar and if people stopped saving their stockpile of r77 only for high PK shoots while staying at low altitude. The su-27sm is considerably lighter and climbs faster too.

F-16C having fuel advantage:
F-18C with 2 minutes 45 seconds of AB fuel: 20.1deg/sec at 620kph sustained.
F-16C with 1 minute 47 seconds of fuel: 20 deg/s at 620kph:
46.7% fuel needed for parity fuel: 18.8 deg/second with same-AB-fuel-time loaded into the F-16C.
The j-11B should be a slightly better 27sm and the SM can out rate the f-16 C and gripens since the FM and engine changes so the j-11B should definitely hold its own, I have all the flankers because I love em and I can’t wait to use the 30Sm and the j-11B. They’re going to be fun
I just want to ask about the Radar and pl-8s. Does the j11b still ned the aesa upgrade or is it actually going to get it in the next update? and what about the pl8b’s are complete? Just curious as to your reason for mentioning it. :)
