Same as for/in Air. If an Enemy Tank just exits his Vehicle to deny an Kill it should reward the Kill to nearest Player as well.
This happens all the time in Ground too. First Match i play today and instantly have someone had someone do that. Realized he couldn’t do anything and before i was able to slime him he just J’s out.
Or, albeit a bit longer ago, still remember when i was ‘dancing’ around with someone on Jungle Map for like 2-3 Minutes straight until he messed up and forget his non-existent gun depression / turret speed so i was finally able to get him…and then he just J out…and didn’t give me anything.
Or when an Enemy is behind an Building and you wait / notify for an Ally to come from other Side and then Enemy just J out…and no one gets anything.
Or when you drop an Bomb on someone and they exit the Vehicle to deny Kill…
No… It’s avoiding a death out of spite, and thus is against the idea of sportsmanship. If you can’t take it, but can only give it, then you deserve to be penalised.
I’ve shown how it’s wrong multiple times, and it’s not just a revenge bombing issue, it’s anyone who sees a bomb turn up, js out to avoid the kill… It’s a trash act.
This is a solid suggestion worth building community support for. Add a poll to this post so people can vote on whether they think J-out kills should credit nearby players. Something like:
Should J-outs in Ground Forces credit kills to the nearest engaged player (like in Air Battles)?
Yes
Yes, but only under certain conditions (please, explain them below)
No (please, explain below)

Once you get community consensus here (20-30 votes, strong support), repost this as a formal Suggestion post. The poll data helps show devs there’s actual demand for this change.
The comparison to Air Battles is strong precedent. If it works there, it should work here. Good documentation🤙
