On the top left image you can clearly see the IR seeker of PL-8. Also the fins clearly indicate that its PL-8
It’s also missing PL-8Bs, (Python 3s with IRCCM) so it would be a bit more competitive at that BR (even if it doesn’t get the extra 2 PL-12s it defiantly deserves a armament upgrade, and a BR raise as well.

Those missiles are not PL-12s, they are likely PL-8Bs (a slightly longer version of the PL-8s that you can even find ingame). Don’t know quite how you mistook the PL8 for a PL-12 given how different they are…

This plane shouldn’t get the br raise even if it gets upto pl 11 as pl 12 is the worst fox 3 in the game plus it gets just 2 of them rest hard point’s of 4 even with pl11 10 9 its still be easy kill for even 12.0 brs forget the 13.7 .

Base PL-9 variant is almost same as the current PL-8 on the J-8F. PL-8Bs could help the J-8F. But it will definitely increase its BR.
