If you can find and provide any info (IRL docs, footages, anything) that shows that J-8F can carry 4 PL-12 missiles - sure, sounds like a report, otherwise there’s no way to convince the Snail

This would bump the aircraft up to BR 13.7. Do you really want the J8F fighting F15s and SU-27SMs? The Chinese aircraft are already too low a BR to start with.

It does already and it is useless also uncompetitive as it has no pl 10 or pl9 plus pl 8 has no irccm which is very bad.
Its a tough fight even against a f14 as the will spam aim 54 at distance and turn fight better at close with better missiles.
I wonder why gaijin is not giving the j8 all its ordinance upto pl 11 but giving them higher br and tougher opponents

12.0 brs have irccm missiles.
No one is doubting that BR 12 has IRCCM missiles.
I am not able to find any public sources or public documents or photos with 4 x PL12 missiles loaded. Only photos that exist show 2 x PL12 maximum.
If you can find a photograph or a document (flight manual?) that says otherwise then make a bug report.

See I told you the thing is this thing is still in use and is still a state secret . It is getting replaced but still…so atleast that photo brings some weight to my claim.
I found the old photo which is hard to get see the pl 12 in the photo with white color cone and blue …see the tail it is an j8f plus two are getting attached to a wing.

Those are PL-8s, the rear fins are quite far forward from the very back of the missile, a characteristic if the Python 3/PL-8
PL-12s are longer and the tail fins are flush with the rear of the missile

All of the other 13.0 br have medium range radar or irccm.
