J-10c should get PL12a/PL12ae

since the su30sm2 being added i think pl12a/ae shouldn’t be delayed, it makes no sense russia air is always the most advanced. russian will get a thrust & radar buffed su30sm, continuing its bully at top tier with its 12 r77-1s +2 r73s, which is already accessible at the old su30sm.
while the us and china’s top tier still use r77-level missiles (i don’t think 120c5 is equivalent to r77-1), with less in amount.

At present, the data of Su 30sm2 is like the seventh generation machine!

Lmao

Bro I agree aim120 is nerfed, but thats another topic. The current J10C is too weak to stay at top matchs. Russia got the artificial R77-1, and they just have latest SU30SM2, CN need some new stuff for a fair game

Perhaps we should unite to obtain better PL series and AIM120 series missiles.

r77-1 have been added to the game for a long time, which is clearly better than r77. j10c need a new powerful fox3 to deal with su30sm2 and Rafale in 14.3.Its fox1——pl8b is also at a disadvantage compared to PL5E2.Althogh j10c have 8+2,pl12+pl8b aren’t good enough.

fox 2.

Without a doubt, whether it’s the PL15 or PL12a, the J10C should have a new Fox3 because Gaijin has already indicated that the PL12 is not a top-level missile. Prior to this, almost all aircraft above 14.0 had new missiles, such as the R77-1 and 120c5

Bro, that picture is probably older than I am.

whats the difference between the PL-12 and PL-12 AE

The PL-12AE reduces the volume of its guidance section, extends the propulsion section by approximately 470 mm, and increases the total impulse to over 200 kN·s. Guidance upgrades include the addition of GNSS, a bi-directional data link, and an AESA seeker.

so its lighter with better tracking and more range

No. Its 16kg heavier than PL-12.

does it pull more than 35g to compensate for more weight ?
