2s38 has unlimited/infinity ammo autoloader with 0.5sec reloading time, very many light tank features, and enough engine power. It could work very well at br 12.0, pair with T-80U-E1, even it has more better features than RTL or HSTVL, OTOMATIC 76, no reason to stay at 10.3.
And also BMPT, it has the chassis of T-72B3, with FULL Relic ERA covered, unlimited fire power, it just needs to add apfsds and could be moved to 12.0.
The latest 2 major patches added 4 very new AJAX, JAGUAR, Fressia OWS 30 and the new events BOXER CRV, they are at 10.3 to 11.0. How can the 2s38 and BMPT stay at 10.3?
There are BMP-2M, T72AV and T80UD at 10.3 rn, its a good lineup rn.
And there are only premium t-80u-e1 and t-80u-e1 clone at 12.0, moved the 2s38 and BMPT to 12.0 could refine and polish the lineup and make the game environment healthier.

The problem with the Terminator is the protection after the penetration. It literally has top tier protection with its ERA and spall liners, even from sides. And for sure you know that sometimes even best 120mm rounds can get defeated by the russian sides, now imagine the glorious 105mm M774 that is weak even against standart protection of tanks of the same tier, let alone top tier protection of the Terminator.
And of course it needs to be said that Russian tanks have generally smallest weakspots of all tanks :)
