not really simple you worded it kinda backwards, why not just say “its got too much armour it should be higher br” instead of what you said “it should be higher br where more things can pen it” like you provided the solution without explaining the problem

Yes, as @Circleati says the way you worded it makes it sound like stuff that has been added at it’s BR that can pen it and you want it up tiered anyway, rather than you want it moved to BR where things could pen it easier.
