M26 is in an completely different universe compared to its competitors the Tiger 2, T26(all variants) and T34 it cant even penetrate the backside of an T34 turret an US player just drove past me thinking i was American i bounced two times his thicc head from BEHIND then a King Tiger killed me…
AUBL/74 hands down i like this thing way more then the M26 but the HEATS-FS men i got ptsd from yellow crews and 50. cals even 7.62 is dangerous god forbid someone shoots your tire off and your car

C13 T90 you know those documentaries about baby turtels trying to reach the ocean before an bird eats them? This is exactly how the C13 T90 and AUBL/74 feel like when you see a plane besides that the C13 T90 is almost exactly like the AUBL/74 just with less spongy suspension since it has tracks
but it has even less turret armor then the AUBL/74.
I overall feel like iam gonna end up in a white walled rubber cell after finishing Italy.
EDIT: i forgot to mention if you see arty smoke DRIVE AWAY AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN

You do know the turret rear of the T34s are slightly insane? It’s about 200mm, as the designers used it to counterweight the gun.

Reading this remembers me about playing the T-44-85, absolute useless against the most common vehicles you face, not even the easiest weakspots you can use because you’re using a battle rating 5.7 worth gun in a battle rating 6.7 vehicle.
This shows that not every nation shares good battle rating line-ups, I’m not trying to be selfish but USSR battle rating 6.7 ground line-up also isn’t the best, you can counterargument with the IS-2 being something, it’s not exactly the best vehicle. Sniping vehicle at best.
While M26 being one of the best options you have, I must agree that still not the best that you could have, however, I doubt that the M26 will have its battle rating reduced. But USA battle rating 6.7 line-up is one of the strongest in-game.

Nah your right me personally i didnt liked the IS-2 and T-44-85 grind at all i was so happy to get rid of them both after i got my T-44-100.
But i got to admit i liked the IS-2 more then the M26
The AUBL/74 and C13 T90 still have completely terrible accuracy? I haven’t used them for over a year, and I remember them being tanks that by far had the worst accuracy I’ve ever seen in the game.
Italy suffers from being one of the best nations for no-armor-best-armor. Br was jacked up because of their durability, but since then autocannons have come to be everywhere around these brs which has made no armor more of a liability. Combine that with some slight nerfs to HEATFS and yeah, its going to struggle. Honestly, there isn’t much of a reason to play italy anymore. Painful early, painful mid, mediocre end. There are a few fun BR clusters, but not enough to justify the long grinds.
I almost agree. Would like to have the HEATFS on the M26A1 and more choice speaking of tanks. Personally i like being a rat, so no (big) problems with the light tanks

if you play with Italy you are already suffering then I bought some vehicle packs I had some eagles aside
Lucky you. I have no spare to throw in and around 800 GE because I bought them for something. I’m not sure if these were worth it

M4A3E2 (75) uses a battle rating 3.7 gun, taken from M4A1 in this case. But I must agree that M4A3E2 (75) having its battle rating increased to battle rating 5.7 was unnecessary, knowing how much popular is battle rating 6.7, a full uptier match is inevitable.
Indeed because said vehicles uses the same cannon (75 mm M3) but in one hand you have a highly armored assault tank to a converted anti-tank half track, you won’t see a M3 GMC simply negating a T-34 shot for example.
Italy, just like in WWII, is just a disappointing Germany. Just look at the tech trees, and it’s literally nothing but the worst variants of every German vehicle. Doesn’t stop me from from “enjoying” the Ariete.
You may call me a pain enjoying simp but i actually like the tech tree so far except that three mentioned vehicles and thats only because the lack of options if they would add other 6.0 - 7.0 vehicles it would be way less painful since your forced by the tech tree to adopt the most rat like playstyle.
