Family Album achievement does not count already unlocked icons

I have 6 pages of profile pictures where each has up to 35 unlocked, but achievement status is :0/100

Unlocking this achievement will take 100/12=8.3 years of grinding the Pages of History.

Sure there other ways to get pfp too, but it still gonna be years of play, especially for those who unlocked many pictures before.

So it seems to be a bug.
It should work the same way as with Collector achievement - to track total owned things, not the future ones, that currently shows 1817/2000 from the beginning.

I hate how Gaijin refuses to give any sort of reward for anything, nothing like risking my life to help repair a teammate for 40 seconds and get a 100 SL, even the nuke reward got lowered by like 70%.
