It makes no sense to vote on new mechanics without testing them

I disagree that new mechanics are voted on before being tested in-game with dedicated test servers.
I can understand that people are afraid of experiencing new emotions in this game but it makes no sense to throw away interesting mechanics for this game before actually understanding how it works

You are assuming that it matters and Gaijin isn’t just going to do what it wants…

literally the mechanics of concussion were thrown away for the same vote, without it being tested personally I find it annoying

Watch them do the same thing with the APHE changes. People will vote for a change, and Gaijin will implement it very badly.

Dev servers exist for a reason, Gaijin should use them.

I would have liked if they took the time to test all of the map changes before implementing them because they’re terrible, and they would have realized this (first hand or via feedback) early. But, even after the community rallied against these awful changes, no plans have been made to revert the maps back to their original state.

So, huge changes were made without the community having a say, and when the community doesn’t like the changes, they’re implemented and kept anyways.

Players don’t have a voice. We have the appearance of having a voice. But, we may as well be shouting into the void…and almost literally because I’ve seen mods deleting replies to popular topics in an effort to make the game look like it’s in better shape than it is in reality. Either that, or they’re struggling to pay to operate these forums and are trying to save space on their servers by removing a handful of comments lol.

Yes, the addition of vehicle interiors in this version “at the request of player voting” has become a disaster, especially the addition of the autoloader module, which does not give players who kill vehicles with these new modules a better experience, but only worsens the experience of players playing with vehicles with new modules. Personally, these newly added modules still swallow my shells, and I still can’t solve these tanks(such as t-80s) with one shot that I couldn’t solve with one shot before, and when I play with vehicles with new modules such as autoloaders, various modules as fragile as glass will not only wear down my patience, even if I survive by chance, repairing these broken modules will also bring hell-like repair time. These mechanisms should be provided to players for testing in the test server, and then let players vote. It is completely meaningless to just let players discuss without knowing what developers will make.
