Then no. I was saying the opposite, that the 2A7 would be one of the obvious MBTs to move up to 13.0.

Yes, for sure, which is why I suggested top CAS br is increased to 14.0 a few replies above.
The BMPT needs it’s damage model reworked and so dose the performance of auto cannons, particularly the armour holes and shot phasing.
Until those issues are addressed no amount of up tiering will help.
Would be just better overall to move tank up too alongside CAS
