It is time for a 13.0 BR in GRB

Im not going to directly comment on what should or should not be 13.0, but some like the new Abrams are a given, alongside older top tier tanks like the Leopard 2A7s. But it is time to decompress. As we see every single time we get new aircraft and the max BR increases by 0.3. The same standard needs to start occuring with ground. At long last, decompress top tier

Do you want to see Ground Max BR increased by 0.3?

BMPT should be moved to 13.0 at LEAST, T90M with APS 13.0, Abrams and leopard should stay because of the Abrams low armor and slower acceleration and the leopard’s lack of APS/LW/IRCM.

As for SPAAs, it would be nice to have BR varieties of multi vehicle sams, instead of just having them all mashed together at top tier. Pantsir SM/SV can go straight to 13.0 though.

Provided they don’t kneecap what little remains of minor nation line ups.

Abrams and Leo ought to go up. Leclercs and Challys should stay put until fixed. I would argue 122 ought to stay put given it’s strictly worse than 2a7s, but that would get folk offside.

Challenger 2 and Ariete are clearly in need of being at 13.0. Everyone else is fine at 12.7 :D

No. They are sidegrades.

Ariete might get away with it.

No I’m not just upset at the Italians for a functional harrier.

Push top CAS to 14.0 as well :)

Those are the two worst top tier tanks, if anything they should be lower.

No?

122 has worse armour where it matters, and a worse cannon. Strictly worse. It could go up, I won’t deny that, but it is still strictly worse.

What are you talking about? The Strv 122 right?
Strv 122 quite literally has better armor.

Fair. But it is 7 km/h faster and has better acceleration. 122B+ also brings 30mm APDS immunity on the sides.

Had a laugh not gonna lie.

The 2a7 has a more effective strike face in the vast majority of circumstances to kinetic threats, 122 maintains better protection against chemical unless they’ve finally decided to bring them to parity. Which would be news to me.

Don’t forget that 122s have worse thermals, so they’re pretty much sidegrades at the end of the day.

This is quite literally false. 122 has about 100mm more on the beak.

I can’t be asked to take off the bushes. But I was wrong, its a bit less than 100mm.

Protection map is indicative of consistent penetrations on 122 UFP which is absent on 2a7 with the same situation. Which has been my experience with the 122, and I have yet to hear it from my peers who play Germany. But I don’t overly care to derail this further, folk have a particular set view of the 122s and shan’t shift from them.

You mean this area? Yeah no it ricochets in game, unless it is angled down. If you look down the barrel and shoot at it, protection analysis will shoot “down” at it because of parallax.

Both 122 and 2A7 have the same protection here iirc, and it ricochets all APFSDS.

This is the correct angle.
