Israeli crew issue

Just got the M-51 and it requires level 25 to buy the first crew upgrade, but I can’t even distribute crew points or buy crew points with GE to distribute.

I did a search and found old posts and bug reports/tickets from the last 2 years without response/resolution. Any help on this bug ?

Well there’s nothing stopping you from earning the crew points normally is there?
