Israel is Left Behind... Again

As per usual, Gaijin adds a lot of cool stuff to all but Israel. Why give FnF ATGMs to the USA’s Apache but not to Israel’s, which used it first? Petition to add the Spike NLOS missiles to the Israeli AH-64A and AH-64D, and to buff all Spike missiles in the game to be the accurate angels of death they are in real life.
Also, give some armor to the Merkavas before I go nuts.

Instead we get M55 (bad copy-paste) when we could receive Rank III Israel (good copy-paste).

Lack of the early ranks hamstrings the entire TT, and will continue to do so.

Why copy-paste? I have many domestic and unique vehicles for Israeli ranks 1-3. And 4-8

In most cases though for ground vehicles especially, Gaijin will take the path of least development resistance. Ground vehicles can often exceed aircraft in terms of 3d modelling investment, and they don’t quite sell in the same way because you only need to buy one plane to fully participate at the BR in ARB/ASB.

Giving Israel a bunch of re-skinned foreign equipment and then pushing unique equipment later on would be the fastest way of plugging the hole in the TT.

Israel already has spikes, the Ah-60

Why would you want all the 11.7/12.0 helis moving up to one BR, 12.3?

A heavy bus while USA and other nations get it on proper attack helis now

A lot of attack helis are heavy buses, like the Mi-28NM and AH-64.

With fire and forget munitions, becomes a whole lot less important

AH-60 is not even an attack helicopter.

The distinction means nothing once you load up a heli with 16 ATGM’s

It matters a lot when SPAAa like the IRIS-T and Buk-3 are around. You need those technological devices and evasive abilities found on actual combat vehicles to survive

Sad but true

No, you just pop out and behind cover rippling atgms

You’re not evading them with manoeuvres in any heli

And Spikes in WT are abysmal. Therefore, I request a well-deserved buff for them.

Right, but with the combintation of said evasions and advanced defensive systems found on most top-tier helicopters you might will. But AH-60 lacks both.

Imagine grind stocking a transport helicopter with bad rockets, an awful gun and no defense systems. AND it’s as agile as a dinosaur

Nah, they’re actually pretty great missiles.

The downside to fire and forget is you don’t get to aim precisely for kill spots, but that’s the tradeoff for being able to use them with incredible safety. Not having to sit exposed for the full flight time of the ATGM.

If you’re expecting heavy attack helis like the AH-64 and Mi-28NM to manoeuvre like light ones, you’re going to be disappointed. They’re not agile helis.

It’s not just about having as much unique equipment as possible, it’s about having service vehicles in the TT and having interesting lineups that aren’t available for other nations. Part of what I enjoy about the China TT is the variety of vehicles.

Not sad, I just hope that Israel will continue to receive development.

Try the Namers.

But they have great defense systems unlike the ah60

Already have

Smart use of the terrain is all you need with Fire and Forget munitions

Israel already has a helicopter with 16 FnF missiles.

They’d have little armor against common 12.0 rounds anyways.

And…? How was it, having 4 unreliable missiles like that?
