Is Traction worse overall?

Ive Noticed That traction is worse for not just Wheeled vehicles but also for tanks.

The Strv 41 II, Pvkv II, Pvkv III, Strv m42 (All) Could Previously climb pretty steep slopes but now They fight back and start gliding back down. Even climbing sideways doesn’t always work now. so my question is has anybody noticed traction being worse for any tracked vehicles?

I did notice it a bit on a few USSR vehicles, but I mostly do not climb steep hills as USSR has a disadvantageous non existent depression.
So i think it might be possible that the vehicles have a worse and more realistic traction model now.

Wheeled vehicle have horrible torque, tracks are slippery.
