Technically that would mean all console players who play with their cross platform turned off should be banned. Some people (who probably have a parental lock on their account) don’t or are unable to play with cross platform enabled because of this. Playing against bots isn’t against the rules, although doing it in a manner where you are friendly with the other team is against the rules.
Following this I haven’t played for a while, so there are other people who actually play like how I just explained, befriending the other team to earn way more RP than usual
Most likely this is someone’s second account (let’s leave aside the question of why he has two accounts) if you create a second account, your skills will not go anywhere (this is also the answer to the question why some “newbies”, having bought premium, play better than most other players)

This is my only account lol, the other account with my name on it is one that war thunder decided to make for me for no reason. and is a pc account. I don’t use it and never will since it has zero progress with anything.
well, we don’t know that you don’t have other accounts with other names. and there is no way for anyone but Gaijin to prove anything in this matter either.
You cannot directly determine if someone is cheating simply by observing their KD. If you suspect an issue, you can review the replay on the official website to check for any suspicious activities and report your findings to the system.
If you think someone is cheating, for a start you should check him out using WT server replay - you will see the battle from his PoV and in the vast majority of cases you will notice something that was not visible from your perspective (someone else spotted you, engine or gun shot reveal your position etc).
If nevertheless, in the replay you noticed some suspicious behaviour that you can’t explain, please use it and send a report (don’t forget to mark at which point the suspicious action occurs - this helps GMs a lot).
We do not allow insulting other players on the forum, and it is against the rules to unsubstantiatedly imply that someone is a cheater (just because they have, for example, a good game score). It is known that (see picture*), but still not everyone perceives it that way.

I said I have access to another account which is a PC account, not console. I guess it was created way back when since I don’t remember anything about making it. Nonetheless I won’t be using that account at all.
I don’t doubt that it is, but i honestly could not find anything about it whilst reading the rules that are linked to in the pinned post here. is it possible for you to point it out so that i have the possibility to show others in the future?

Even i cant find any replays for the guy, furthermore that K/D with that acc level and that number of medals is simply not possible
