Is this a glitch?

I got 7 kills, I won and I am on the second place but I only got 2.3k rp and the vehicle im currently researching need around 23k so I need to perform like this 10 matches just to get a single vehicle and I need 6 of them just to progress to another super boring low tier?

I get that this is a low tier but what the fuck…?

buy premium time + premium vehicle, you are a wallet not a person. gaijin gets nothing if you easily free research

RP is based on how long you spend in the match not so much what you do.
