Whilst i appreciate any kind of discounts which are attached on this series - which special achievement of French Forces should be mentioned?
The most epic fights involving French forces happend centuries ago… The sole exception of this rule seems to be the Battle of the Somme (1916) and the Battle of Dien Bien Phu (1954)…
Free French forces also had their moment, during the North African campaign for example, or during the retaking of France with the armored division.

Or when the French army in North Africa fought against the U.S. Army during Operation Torch in November 1942.
Maybe the rear-guard actions during Dunkirk?

The actions of the French Army during and after Operation Dragoon is free real estate, since Dragoon is a completely overlooked part of Overlord.
