The Chinese ZTZ99A was weakened just recently by 200KE, and in the recent adjustments, three of China’s top tanks did not get faster reloading, nor did they get better shells, and they are now even inferior to the adjusted Challenger and Ram. Maybe the Chinese aircraft are not biased, but now, I feel a deep bias in the Chinese land combat hierarchy - ignoring many of the erroneous reports submitted to them, and even reversing (the armor of the ZTZ99A). Yes, that’s it, no reason. And I spent a lot of money on the Chinese faction and now I don’t understand what it’s like to get to the top.

Legitimate reports being ignored by the devs in favour of nerfing an already weak vehicle is pretty normal tbh. Just ask the British Challengers (mantlet), Italian Ariete (WAR kit), French Leclerc (UFP Armor), Israeli Merkavas (Everything lole), German Leopards (Armour, and composite add on), and so on. I’ll admit that the ground fighting in China is just as bad as the Challengers, but the rest. For example, the M1 or Leclerc or Merkava, these tanks are stronger than Chinese tanks in terms of overall performance

I agree, with exception of the merkava; I was just pointing out that everyone, especially minor nations, kinda get fucked by Gaijin. It’s not really nation-specific.

they use automatic loaders so you cant really buff the reload speed without making up fake values that differ from irl, id say ztz99 is still in top 3 best tanks after leopards and maybe t90/bvm

Actually undertiered vehicles. DTC10-125 is almost same performance to 3BM60 and never seen anyone complaining about a bad performance of this very specific round, compared to the DTC10-125 it’s only 3 mm of difference at point blank (10 m).
With ZTZ99A it’s a subject to talk, if the Chinese contribuitor didn’t hidden informations, this wouldn’t be a issue, it’s not the game’s fault, as it’s one of the latest PLA MBTs in service, you wouldn’t find much detailed information about the armor.
And if the reason of “buffing” (something ZTZ99A doesn’t really need) is just because you spent money on the Chinese tech tree is a vague argument, if it was valid, we’d much more changes not in the ZTZ99A and Chinese tech tree overall as it attracts many players specially from China and Southern Asia.
The fact is that reload time has been recognized by Gaijin as a means of balancing. And for now, the Chinese tank cannot be called the third. For the weak area of the Chinese tank that occupies almost half of the front, in actual combat and other tanks with weak protection is the same, maybe in the past you can say “ZTZ99A has 800KE frontal armor”, but now it is not, gaijin has weakened it for no reason, now ZTZ99A can only carry out side attacks like other weak tanks, but the reload of up to 7.1 seconds puts it in the weakest position, almost the same as the challenger
