Hello guys! Im thinking about gift a friend of mine the Turm 3. He has over 350 Hours and is now at 7.0 on the russian tree. Id like to gift him it for researching the German tree and because he likes manouverable veichles and sniping. From my experience it should be a good addition, even for letting him learn the “paper mbt” gameplay. But what do you guys think? I want to know other people opinion before buying.

it’s strong but fragile… one wrong position and it gets deleted like a xmas gift full of explosives. That said, if your friend enjoys maneuverable vehicles and sniping, it fits his playstyle perfectly. The problem isn’t the tank; it’s that he needs to understand it first
Better approach: Get him up to Leopard 1 from the tech tree first so he learns the “fast sniper” playstyle. Then the Turm III becomes a natural premium option he’ll actually appreciate. Skipping straight to premium skips the learning curve and iconic vehicles like the Tiger
Id like to buy it from the sale, so i dont think we will have enought time.
What about i let him try the Leopard from my account? So i will see if he enjoy such type of vehicle. As i said hes an average player, not bad not good as a more veteran player.

Yeah that’s a good idea Let him try a couple of days. If he loves it, the Turm III becomes a gift he’ll actually appreciate. If he doesn’t enjoy it, you can try thinking of other options 'till sales end
For an average player, trying it first makes sense. The playstyle is specific and it’s not for everyone
Yeah, i personally love the Leopard but I’m experienced, so i will try and see if he likes it. And honestly the Turm is just a even stronger Leopard so is hard to not like it
