I’m thinking about grinding China to top tier because they have cool 10.0 to 11.0 planes and a mixed ground tree. I just want to if it’s good and if it isn’t what is.

That and the other Chinese top tiers. China is basically just a Temu ahhh version of Russia so the main reason I’m grinding it is because of the lower RP required. Plus China lacks the power of Russian Bias so it’s even worse. But I am thinking of getting a MiG-23ML during the sale in May to grind Russia better so maybe I should just wait for that and then grind Russia instead.

Su-30 is a better choice, very overpowered, both of the premium flankers are
It’s quite good between 8.0~10.0 though there’s a lot of garbage such as trucks without reverse gears mixed in.
If you intend to go above 11.0 the only lower tier vehicle you should ever bring is the AFT09, those missiles go hard.
