My three cents are that I’d take F-22 any day since even though not a lot were made, there’s still more of them than SU-57s and by a good margin.

The Su-57 quite literally did not exist at this point. The first Su-57 was made in 2020, after 2 major redesigns in 2015 and 2017, and 2020 itself.
Sorry, but I’m not interested in how many Su-57 prototypes there were and what they were called.
We are now talking about a patent that indicates the RCS values that they wanted to obtain.

India has a larger GDP than the UK even though most of their population lives on less than four bucks a day. GDP doesn’t mean a thing to a country’s ability to make anything or distribute budgets

Imagine thinking having a large Military Budget than every other country combined doesn’t make your tech more advanced.
Are you suggesting that America, with a Military Budget greater than every other country in the world combined, isn’t more advanced?
