If the system is already ready, it should be added to the game quickly. Does anyone agree? I think the United States and countries that don’t have good anti-aircraft systems should receive them. I know the CAS is almost destroyed, but Gaijin will also need to make improvements to aircrafts to make it fair.
Which countries would receive the copy-paste of the Patriot? I think even if it’s a copy-paste, it would be one of the best things ever added to the game. Could they also just copy and paste the HEMTT truck in the United States, Japan, and maybe UK? I think Germany has its own vehicles to replace the HEMTT.

You’re confusing two things, one is ridiculously strong and the other is blatantly over powered.
Guess what one the new pantsir is, it’s definiteyl the latter. Remember, when IRIS T dropped it had near double the KD of the Pantsir S1. Or any of the other SPAA for that fact.

I’ve never seen anyone deny that Russian anti-aircraft guns are overpowered; that was the height of absurdity.
To say that the BUK and that piece of junk that fires 40 missiles are worse than or equal to NATO anti-aircraft guns is another level of pretending the game is perfect.
To be fair, the Pantsir had years of noobs using it, while the IRIS-T was brand new and a completely new concept (so no one really knew how to deal with it).
The CLAWS is a very good piece of kit, but let’s be honest, the 9X does all the work, the 120s are just as sad as the Air to Air versions.
I don’t think the CS-GO is that good, I think the only thing saving it is the proxy/AHEAD rounds. The missiles are stupid, but are somehow more accurate at (needless) top-down attacks than the Spikes are. If it got rid of that stupid need to just randomly spike an aircraft, it would be so much better.
Also, maybe Gaijin should focus on making the SPAAs accurate, rather than adding in Patriot system. Like, the Spyder is not that bad as it is in game, but hey, since nobody plays British Mandated Palestine, they won’t fix a bloody thing.

I’ve never seen anyone say the Buk is good.
The pantsir S1 was Overpowered for it’s time because no one had access to anything similar at all.
The closest was the ITO 90 which was firing fast missiles, but it fell short and was significantly worse over all.

The NATO SPAA that were recently added, which created an IRON DOME meta, are seriously strong anti aircraft guns.
meanwhile the Russians got babied and given a new pantsir, why?
because the BUK for the first two months was literally statistically the 2nd worst performing new spaa and people would use the regular pantsir S1 over it.
The pantsir also had noobs flying against it, it still maintains the highest kill rate to date of any SPAA.
The SV SM is just a super powered pantsir that was added because the BUK was / is terrible in comparison.
Much like when the Tungaska was added and the only platform that could outrange it was conviently on it’s team.
The air versions are fine if you use them properly mate.
the CS is fantastic man I’ve been using it free almost every damn game with china there are air up and it’s netted me a good 15 / 20 kills or so.
They are miles better than what other nations had access to, especially in comparisson to the damn Pantsir S1 VS Adats for example.

The teeny problem with stuff like Patriot and S-300/S-400 is that they aren’t point-defence.
Take S-300 for example. You pop the missile up into the air out of it’s launch tube.
Motor then fires (well, most of the time, anyway) and it starts going up and beginning it’s turn out of the vertical.
It then has to be ‘gathered’ into the tracking radar’s field of view, then once the missile and radar are talking to each other - THEN it begins being vectored onto the target (or rather, where the target WILL be at intercept).
By the time it’s done this - Mr CAS Pilot has already got well within the minimum engagement range. Patriot missiles and similar are BIG - they are designed to be hurled at targets a decent distance away - rather than the tiny postage stamp maps we currently have.
Damn, we’ve already started talking about Taiwan. I really didn’t want to bring this up, since Taiwan is trying to defend itself from China in real life, while in WarThunder Taiwan is simply inside China.
Really that strong? Is it possible? What if they add a system to the game with worse performance than any Russian anti-aircraft gun? Maybe they will do that.
I do want patriot added but we need to manage our expectations. It doesnt really fit the currect ground battle meta, it wont be good enough at close ranges even with PAC-3
