Surprising as theres not much at all going on inside his head.
They are so easy to one shot now.
Only Strv122 family and Leo2A7 somehow survives due to Spall Liners, rest of them pretty much one shot.
Others said they barely noticed a difference.
But yeah, the spall liners on the 2A7 and Strv 122s definitely makes them one of the most survivable MBTs in the game at the moment.
Either skill issue or straight lie.
Past couple days i one shot almost every single leo2 that doesnt have Spall Liners, usually shooting at Driver side kills 3 crew members.
Yesterday got one shotted by T-90M, he basically shot my lower frontal plate where hull ammunition suppose to be (it was empty by the way) and spalling managed to kill my entire turret crew.
I’ve been playing a good bit of 10.3/10.7 russia recently and i havent noticed too much of a diffrence vs 2A4’s, any decently placed shot still kills them in one hit with 3BM42/60. The only real diffrence I’ve noticed vs 11.7 Leo’s is generally more spall, higher chance on killing crew with breach shots and some worse shots killing / injuring more than before crew.
but that’s the point, if you aim at places where the crew is you kill them
but with the “fix” you shoot at empty space and still nuke the crew because of some shitty report shooting at empty space complaining it doesn’t nuke leopards…
I get that, but I wouldn’t call not noticing a big difference a “skill issue”. The people that are going to notice it most are those who use them, not the people shooting. I agree that its a dumb change (especially when some tanks have 0 spall if you pen) and effects any 11.7 leopard a lot. I don’t think it will change too much at 10.3 as the 2A4 is a rather easy tank to kill and already spalled a lot.
Shooting the right track usually allows you to 1-shot, as it would 9/10 kill all three crew members. But any other angle, it’s pretty unlikely to 1-shot them, unless you get a lucky spall under the breech. The upper upper front plate is also pretty trolly, and has a spall liner on the left hand side of it.
Disagree.
Shooting empty space compartment shouldnt cause nuking entire turret crew, same goes for shooting at driver as well.
You’re claiming people who noticed this are usually has bad aim but ever since the changes even bad aiming rewards you quite a lot.
U sure about that? Last couple days i got one shotted from places where shell shouldnt even cause any spalling.
I said “the people that are going to notice it most are those who use them, not the people shooting.” I’m claiming that the people who are shooting the leopards WONT notice it as much vs people getting hit which WILL notice the change a lot more.
Thats the thing, even if you’re the one who’s shooting you will notice the difference.
After i experienced these changes in my Leopards i switched up to other tanks to see if i was exeggerating and turns out i wasnt.
Hows your win rate?
I cant give an accurate win rate due to not being home rn, will have to use thunderskill sadly.
On there, i have a 56% win rate on the abrams
No u don’t.
I thought you were referring to the sep v2
When it comes to it a tank is a tank. All tanks to my knowledge are subject first to wild claims made by the manufacture to the country’s respective defense agency or Government. Then those claims are passed to the enemy and the service personal who will use the thing.
The hope then is that said tank will never see combat or will be used to seal club those who are in one or two divisions lower in the tech tree like Vietnam,Iraq,Afghan ,Gaza etc
Often many years later the truth comes out or the tank is sold to another country who do use it to take on similar tech and they find out the real truth.
In the game you are running your NATO tank against a similar enemy in a way that your chosen tank has not been used in reality.
The current conflict in Ukraine is showing NATO and Russian tanks in their true light as did Israel piling into Gaza and thinking they were immune in their Merkavas.
The Abrams like many is a legend only paper like so many post war legends or great while seal clubbing farmers in pick up trucks.
Took them 3 years
