I recently acquired the Strv 121 and have played around 25 games with it. However, it hasn’t been as fun as I initially thought it would be. At first, I thought I just wasn’t very good because my kd is below 1, but I’m also struggling with a 21% win rate. Is anyone else having a hard time with sweden in 10.7?

Yes.
Iirc Sweden WR at this BR is about 40% or lower on statshark. The lineup is incredible but you always seem to get put vs BMPT’s which you’ll struggle immensely vs (plus the SPAA kinda blows).
The issue is that you currently get sucked into constant uptiers against 11.3.
I am going to name two tank destroyers who sits at 11.3 and ruin most people’s gaming experience, and yes there’s definitely no russian bias in this game
